Global Youth Leaders’ Summit 2023

The Character & Leadership Academy will be organising the 15th Global Youth Leaders’ Summit (GYLS) from 0900Hrs to 1600Hrs on Saturday, 09 September 2023. This year’s theme for the GYLS will be ‘Your Support Matters: Be a Value Multiplier, Change-maker & Friend.’
Do you know an encouraging text or supportive words can greatly impact those around us? Especially friends battling a crisis or struggling to overcome some challenges, we can be there to support and assist them. Mental health is just like physical health. We must not wait until we fall sick to take care of ourselves. Why wait till mental health concerns arise then start seeking support? Let us all learn how to cultivate safe spaces in our daily lives for our mental well-being! In partnership with Pivotal Youths, we are inviting over 100 student leaders from schools to join us this GYLS to be trained as peer supporters so that they can be Value Multipliers and Changer-makers to their schoolmates.
Ms Gan Siow Huang, Minister of State for Education and Manpower shall grace GYLS 2023 as the Guest-of-Honour, and Mr David Chua, Chief Executive Officer of the National Youth Council, will be delivering the keynote speech.
